It is a powerful, hybrid, stand-alone therapy, developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer. RTT delivers fast, permanent, extraordinary results and is such an effective therapy that each issue can usually be resolved in one to three sessions, with many clients experiencing a shift after the first session.
RTT combines hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy. It can be carried out in person (I am based in Worcester, UK) or via Zoom, from the comfort of your own home, according to your preference.

We first discuss whether RTT is the right solution for you in a 20-minute discovery call. If you feel that it is suited to your needs, this is followed by an intake during which we explore the issue that you are experiencing, the way in which it currently affects your life and how you envisage your life once the blocks are removed. We then use hypnosis in the actual session to identify what has caused the block to be created, interrupt the associated beliefs and behaviour and install the new beliefs. At the end of the hypnosis session, I create a 20-minute recording which you will need to listen to for 21 days to ensure that the changes are permanent.
In the weeks following the session, I offer ongoing support, as well as additional coaching if required, to ensure that you have all the help that you need to manage your emotions and experience the results that you seek.

Typically an issue is resolved in one to three sessions, with many issues only requiring one session.
Issues such as weight, anxiety and depression can take longer to change.
Many people feel so empowered with the change they are experiencing that they ask for additional sessions to work on different issues.

RTT is very powerful, delving into a wide range of feelings, so many people experience an immediate release or shift, a sense of clarity but you might also feel tired or emotional.

Sometimes the changes happen instantly.
Sometimes you start noticing small changes after a few days and these become more pronounced as you listen to the bespoke audio which I give you.
On occasion, clients are not aware of the changes, only realising that they have taken place when they look back at some of the things which they have done in the previous days or weeks.

I will check in on you regularly after an RTT or coaching session, but I also encourage you to get in touch at any point to discuss any issues or questions which you may have as it is important for you to have the help that you need to achieve the results which you want.

Hypnosis is a natural state which we move in and out of during the course of each day, without realising.
It is simply about letting yourself be guided into relaxation.

Yes, it is safe and natural.
You are completely in control while in hypnosis and can choose to come out of hypnosis at any point.
